These Terms govern your access to and use of Husla. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Husla is a productivity and planning application that helps you clarify purpose, set goals, manage tasks, journal, and leverage AI assistance and optional integrations (e.g., calendar sync).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Husla.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
• You are responsible for activities under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it using non‑public methods.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Respect third‑party rights and comply with applicable laws.

5. Content

• You retain ownership of content you submit.
• You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display content as needed to operate the service and provide features you enable.
• We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law.

6. Integrations and Third‑Party Services

Optional integrations (e.g., Google Calendar) are provided for convenience. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third‑party services and do not control their actions.

7. AI Features

Husla offers AI‑assisted features. We use reputable providers and apply safeguards, but outputs may be incorrect or incomplete. Use your judgment and verify critical information. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs.

8. Subscription, Fees, and Trial

If paid plans are offered, fees, billing periods, and cancellation terms will be presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, charges are non‑refundable except where required by law. Trials may be modified or terminated at any time.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if it is necessary to protect the service or users. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends; certain provisions survive (e.g., intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity).

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold harmless Husla and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may change or discontinue features. We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in‑app or by email. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your place of residence unless local laws require otherwise; otherwise, they are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, excluding conflict of laws rules. Venue for disputes will be a competent court in California unless otherwise required by law.
